I am a fully qualified reiki practitioner and reflexologist in the Wicklow Town area. I offer individual treatments and combined treatments according to the clients needs. I also offer a mobile service for those who are unable to come to the therapy room.

As a member of Irish Reflexologists’ Institute of Ireland, reflexology treatments maybe covered with Quinn healthcare, Vhi heatcare and Hibernian Aviva healthcare depending on your policy.

Reflexology is a holistic and non-invasive bodywork approach that encourages the release of accumulated stress and stimulates the body’s innate healing response.

It is believed that each area of the body is represented on the foot. As balance is restored, physiological changes in the body are effected. These include, but are not limited to stress reduction, the improvement of nerve function and circulation, which in turn, increase the supply of oxygen and nutrients to all parts of the body and aid in the elimination of toxins and waste products.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki means Universal life Energy, 'Rei' meaning universal energy and 'chi' or 'ki' meaning life force.

Reiki is a gentle non-invasive treatment, which is a loving, healing energy, which permeates the client's being. Reiki healing helps the client to heal and rebalance themselves; it stimulates the healing energies of the body and encourages the particular area of the body to heal itself.

Both reiki and reflexology help the body to rebalance itself to enable all the systems to function in harmony with each other and maintain homeostasis.

I qualified as an acupuncturist in 2008 with the Shanghai College of Acupuncture Ireland.

In addition to my training in Ireland I also underwent intensive training for 6 weeks in the 6th Peoples Hospital in Shanghai, China where medical practitioners and acupuncturists work side by side.

EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE:
also known as ‘Tapping’ is specifically targeted to heal emotional pain, but without the needles! It combines aspects of modern psychology and acupressure techniques to relieve emotional distress. For this reason it is often described as ‘Acupuncture for the Emotions’.


EFT concentrates on addressing the energy blockage or disruption in order to dissolve the associated negative emotion, which will allow you to move forward and get on with your life. 
EFT uses a sequence of gentle tapping on key acupoints while tuning into an emotional issue or physical discomfort by repeating phrases, specific to the issue, thus allowing the flow of energy to re-balance and therefore releasing the emotional blockage.
