I am a fully qualified Holistic Therapist living and working in Wicklow Town. I offer a range of complementary ‘holistic’ treatments such as Holistic Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reiki, Reflexology and Ear Candling. Treatments are designed around the individual clients needs and often therapies are combined to ensure maximum healing outcome.

All treatments are holistic which means that they treat the ‘whole’ of the body, not just the physical ailments. When your body becomes ill on a physical level it may have manifested from stress, past traumas, emotional issues or worry. Eventually your emotional wellbeing has an effect on your physical wellbeing, which often results in illness. In order to heal we must heal on all levels so the whole body is addressed.

Treating the body Holistically will help you to rebalance and enables all the systems to function in harmony with each other and maintain homeostasis.

Wicklow Jazz at The Mezzanine Cafe, Earls

The Mezzanine Cafe is located on the first floor in Earls newsagents and is an ideal place to relax and take time out from the days’ chores.

The cafe is spacious and bright with welcoming staff onhand to help you choose from their many dishes of homemade healthy fare.

Under the management of Valerie Mc Hugh, the Mezzanine cafe focuses on healthy eating habits and everything in the cafe is homemade and locally sourced, supporting local business.

Using traditional recipes their cakes are to die for and their homemade scones served with jam and cream have been voted the best in Wicklow!

The cafe ethos focuses both on healthy eating and community involvement and to this end they run events promoting local business within the cafe and local artists can display their art for sale on the cafe walls.

The Mezzanine cafe transforms into Wicklow Jazz Cafe with Jazz and acoustic events a recent addition to the cafe.

Currently the Wicklow Jazz Cafe run Monthly Sunday Jazz sessions during the lunchtime with recent musician Mia Parsons performing there in November.

Valerie and staff have plans to increase the music events to be run on a weekly basis in the new year and plan to showcase local talent and feature well known musicians from near and far.

The gig nites are BYOB ( Bring Your Own Beer) events and admission is free unless otherwise stated.

The Mezzanine cafe is open from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday and open on Sundays when an event is taking place – see our facebook/twitter for times.

In a Rush? Order your lunch in advance and collect via the takeway which has access from the back car park (supervalu), making it convenient for collection pickup.
