*New treatment available mid-september 2010. Indian Head Masage incorporating hot oil treatment for the hair. Brilliant for migraines and stress while deeply conditioning the hair. Essential oils chosen for specific hair types.

Homeopathic treatments are available on wednesday evenings. These treatments are great for exam stress, pregnancy and treating anxiety related problems.

I am a fully qualified Holistic Therapist living and working in Wicklow Town. I offer a range of complementary ‘holistic’ treatments such as Holistic Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reiki, Reflexology and Ear Candling. Treatments are designed around the individual clients needs and often therapies are combined to ensure maximum healing outcome.

All treatments are holistic which means that they treat the ‘whole’ of the body, not just the physical ailments. When your body becomes ill on a physical level it may have manifested from stress, past traumas, emotional issues or worry. Eventually your emotional wellbeing has an effect on your physical wellbeing, which often results in illness. In order to heal we must heal on all levels so the whole body is addressed.

Treating the body Holistically will help you to rebalance and enables all the systems to function in harmony with each other and maintain homeostasis.
