HELL & BACK WINTER – Ireland’s Toughest 10K Challenge

After the huge success of the first event in October, where over 600 lunatics hauled themselves around the grueling 10K course, Alive Outside has launched HELL & BACK Winter, which will take place in Killruddery Estate, Bray, Co Wicklow on Sunday 29th January 2012. Paddys Day 5k Fun Run:
Join us on a majestic St Patrick’s Day 5k fun run for all the family on the magnificent Killruddery Estate in Bray, Co Wicklow.

Midsummers 10k Run:
A magical 10K race around the beautifully landscaped Killruddery House & Gardens on Wednesday 20th June, Midsummer’s Eve – the longest day of the year.

The Coral Leisure Centre is located in Wicklow Town about a 40-minute drive from south of Dublin City.

The facility has a 25 metre deck level swimming pool and a 9-metre learner pool.

Also in the pool area is a sauna and a steam room which offer you the perfect opportunity to de-stress, unwind and relax after your swim (over 18's only).

The Coral Leisure Centre has a fully equipped gymnasium offering a selection of cardiovascular machines, weights machines and free weights.
