Part of the Redcross team, Hidden Valley Holiday Park in Rathdrum is an excellent family friendly holiday base in Co Wicklow.

Close enough to visit popular tourist attractions Glendalough, Avondale and Avoca, hidden valley is situated on the banks of the beautiful Avonmore river.


Hidden Valley is a serene haven of tranquillity and relaxation; set in a beautiful valley with sites overlooking the cascading waters of the Avonmore River and the park’s very own restful lake. The park offers the opportunity to experience a holiday amidst an abundance of wildlife including Kingfisher’s, cranes, wild geese, ducks, otters and pheasant. Easily accessible from Dublin, Dun Laoghaire and Rosslare ferry ports.

Caravan and Camping...
The park offers both hardstanding and grass sites; each with electric hook-up. We also have super sites available with electric, water and waste on each individual site. The new modern toilet/shower block is heated and tiled, and includes a laundry room and campers kitchen, both overlooking the Avonmore river. Camping under the canopy of the forest is possible with campfires near the river's edge.

Seasonal Touring Sites...
Are you fed up towing your caravan back and forth all summer long? If so, then a seasonal site might just be for you. These sites are available from March 26th to September 30th. With a seasonal site you are welcome to come and go as you please all summer long. No more calling, no more bookings and no more fighting the holiday traffic. A home away from home...it can't get any easier than this!

Rallies...
Rallies are welcome all season long. Discounts will be given to rallies at all times, and an extra discount will be given during our low season (April, May and September). There are numerous pubs, restaurants and shops all within walking distance from the park. Excursions to Dublin and Wexford are easily managed with both the train and bus just minutes from the park.

River VallEy Holiday Park invites all Tents, Trailer Tents, Caravans, and Motorhomes to experience the "Garden of Ireland" from it's own front door. With the N11 only 3 miles away, getting to River Valley couldn't be easier. The park radiates a sense of relaxation from dusk to dawn, and the excellent on-site facilities assures the camper a comfortable stay.

River Valley is a family park and noise is not permitted after 11 p.m.

Dogs are not allowed during July & August or Bank Holiday weekends.
